It seems to me that we transact most with the economy we believe in most.

So where are we seeing our lives being spent, day to day?

Hebrews 13;14 (NLT) says,"For this world is not our permanent home; we are looking forward to a home yet to come." Then 1 Peter 2:11-12 (MSG) reminds us "
11 Friends, this world is not your home, so don't make yourselves cozy in it. Don't indulge your ego at the expense of your soul.
12 Live an exemplary life among the natives so that your actions will refute their prejudices. Then they'll be won over to God's side and be there to join in the celebration when he arrives."
So your question, "So where are we seeing our lives being spent, day to day?" is a good question but I should respond from the perspective that this world is not my home and how then shall I live while I am here is perhaps appropriate as well.
